Dream interpretation was not a technique that people wanted to try because it had no science behind it. However in the last 20 years, it had made a comeback as a therapeutic technique. People did not understand their own dream and suggested therapists include dreamwork in therapy. Those who have experience trauma wants to have a further understanding of their own dreams. It has been seen that dream interpretation had a positive outcomes in laboratory base studies. Given the different dreams people have, its no wonder that people have trouble understanding them.
